A family affair
Full Moon Farm began as a vision between a father and his daughters, rooted in the belief that food is medicine and that understanding where your food comes from matters. Guided by this philosophy, we grew from a family dream (including our mom!) into a community mission: to make nutrient-dense, responsibly grown food accessible to everyone.
Our work is grounded in care for the soil, respect for the seasons, and a deep commitment to nourishing both body and community.
At Full Moon Farm, we grow organic, nutrient-dense food using thoughtful, sustainable farming practices. Our goal is simple: to grow really good food, take care of the land, and make fresh, locally grown produce more accessible to our community here in Tampa Bay.
We also feel a deep responsibility to honor the history of this land. Before Full Moon Farm, this was home to Black Finger Farm, run by Farmer Joe. We’re grateful to continue learning from him and from the work he continues today at Meacham Urban Farm.
We’re still learning, growing, and figuring things out every season—and we love sharing that process with our community. Come visit us and see what we’re all about.
